How to Answer “What Makes You Unique?” with Samples

Interviewers don’t always directly ask “What makes you unique?” However, they will usually ask similar questions which will give you a common starting point to talk about something that makes you unique. You might see this question asked in one of the following ways:

What makes you stand out from other candidates?

• Tell something unique about yourself.

• What makes you who you are?
• Tell something interesting about yourself.
