Sprint CV’s New Features: Better Profiles and Stronger AI

At our company, innovation never stops. Sprint CV’s new features are designed to make recruiters’ lives easier and help companies manage consultants with greater accuracy, automation and security. Our latest release brings a series of improvements that improve performance and simplify workflows. Here’s what’s new.

New Data Field Feature in Your Sprint CV Account

You can now display important details like role, location, address, zip code or service linestraight in consultant preview sidebar. This configuration is available below Company Settings → Personal Settingsallowing each organization to decide which fields to display.

We have also added junior/senior flag in JSON data. Seniority thresholds can be configured in it Company Settingsproviding clearer insight into experience levels across teams.

Admins can edit new columns directly from the Admin Console. This gives them complete flexibility to maintain data consistency across all profiles. We’ve also extended the JSON data structure to include these data points and other project-specific attributes. All these data fields are also captured automatically by AI CV parser.

Sprint CV’s New AI Features

We have just launched our new product AI Chatbot Assistantmade to be truly user friendly and flexible. This helps teams work faster, reduce manual tasks, and access the right information at the right time. Here’s what it can do:

• The chat window is can be resized.
• That user profile picture now appears in chat.
• You can close and reopen chat easily.
• A simple page refresh (F5) restarts the conversation.
• AI automatically reads entire user profile for context.

Auto Detect AI Skills for All Projects

Skill auto-detection is now available for existing projectsnot just the new ones. Just save and run again AI Assistant to refresh project data with newly detected skills.

New AI Options: An Overview of AI and AI Jobs

The AI ​​module now includes two powerful new options:

• AI Review – AI assistant that intelligently enhances CV.
• AI Jobs – post a job description and immediately rewrite the candidate profile to match.

These improvements make Sprint CV more intelligent and context aware.

Users can adjust the AI’s degree of freedom to control how much autonomy the assistant has when optimizing profiles for specific job postings.

Companies Are Now Sorted Alphabetically

Finding companies in your workspace is now easier and faster. All company names automatically sorted alphabeticallyimprove navigation and search efficiency for admins and managers.

Improved Parsing and Import

We have improved it Profile Alerts related to language detection. The system now prioritizes spoken language when selecting a consultant mother tongueprovide more accurate and reliable results.

No more headaches due to case sensitivity. Our updated parser now recognizes header names regardless of upper or lower caseensuring smooth bulk imports at all times.

Admin Console

Copy an Existing Company

Admin can now make a copy of any company with one click.
The new “Copy” button duplicates:

• Company image
• Company Settings
• And assign the incoming admin as new owner

All other information is reset, creating a clean, editable replica of the company in seconds.

Parent Company Configuration

Admin can now connect multiple companies using Parent company feature.
When consultants are created under a subsidiary company, they are automatically linked to both child and it parent companyensuring accurate hierarchy and reporting.

Minor Bug Fixes

Help Link Bug Fixed

We’ve fixed an issue with incorrect routing of help links.
That Help icon now directs you to the right tutorials and resources every time.

“Clear Advanced Search” Button Fixed

That Remove Advanced Search buttons on Job Board now work properly, ensuring smoother navigation and filtering when sifting through job searches.

Companies Are Now Sorted Alphabetically

Enhanced Security and Permissions

To protect user data, we have established a new Maximum email length is 80 characters. This prevents formatting problems and strengthens system stability.

Job Settings and Edit Permissions

We’ve improved access controls to make collaboration more secure and organized.

• Consultant can no longer upload files in Profile Manager.
• Managerhowever, it still has full upload permissions.

This change ensures data integrity and maintains profile consistency across all company accounts.

API Update

To make integration easier, FIRE no longer requires an email field. Access now depends only on Access Token And Client IDboth are available below Company Settings.

We’ve refreshed and expanded API documentationincludes details on CV creation and new endpoints for developers integrating Sprint CV into their systems.
