4. Problem #2: We don’t have a table!

There are many solutions (boxes, tables, chests, step stools, and laundry baskets), but one of the strangest table replacements is the right choice: Ironing boards seem to be an alternative option to tables.
Inexpensive, readily available, quick to move or fold, and usually height-adjustable. Why don’t we always use an ironing board?

Mount them on the table. Use a mini ironing board to sit cross-legged on the floor. Ironing boards are usually not in great demand in most households. So, you can enroll yourself full time. After all, who needs a table?!

When Kamala Harris ran for DA in San Francisco in 2003, she used an ironing board. Rolling Stone magazine quoted Harris as saying, “I’m going to campaign with my ironing board. An ironing board makes a great standing desk.”
