Winter Park – This Saturday on the CEO edition of The Crossman Conversation John Crossman talks with Eve Sembler, Vice President of Leasing at The Sembler Company, one of the nation’s leading retail real estate developers with a portfolio of nearly 10 million square feet under leasing and management throughout the Southeast.
After receiving her Bachelor’s of Science in Business Administration from Washington University in St. Louis, Sembler began her career in New York City with Brixmor Property Group’s national accounts team. She focused initially on franchise leasing, and it didn’t take her long to become Vice President of Peripheral Leasing at Brixmor before joining Sembler in St. Petersburg two years ago as Vice President of Leasing.
Sembler has worked with Crossman during their careers, and as members of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC). Currently, she is a Trustee of ICSC and serves on the organization’s Next Generation Leadership Committee. She was recognized as one of ICSC’s 4 under 40 honorees in 2022.
“Eve shares her thoughts on what is essential for success in retail real estate along with skills and mindset the next generation of commercial real estate professionals should have to be considered a leader and a future CEO,” said Crossman.
