ST. PETERSBURG, FL—Essential Services of Florida has earned accreditation from the National Home Watch Association. The NHWA was formed in 2009 in order to establish and maintain the highest industry standards for Home Watch and absentee homeowner services throughout the United States and Canada (www.nationalhomewatchassociation.org). Home Watch is a visual inspection of a home or property, looking for obvious issues, which means that it is a service that “keeps an eye on things” at your vacation or primary home while you are not in residence. All principals of NHWA Accredited Member companies are background-checked, insured, and bonded.
Norman (“Rusty”) Fuls is a 13-year Veteran, serving in both the U.S. Navy and the National Guard. He attended the University of Wisconsin and is also a Black belt in karate.
Nancy Fuls is a certified Nursing Assistant and has spent many years working in nursing homes, which is where she developed her compassion for the elderly.
Rusty and Nancy have owned and operated Essential Services of Florida LLC, a cleaning service, for 30 years. Cleaning for “Winter Birds” was a natural fit for their customers to ask if Rusty and Nancy could watch their home or condo while they were gone for the summer. They had already earned the trust of their clients, so that worked for everyone. Now Rusty and Nancy want to add this service to their business full-time. They want their business to be professional, which is why they joined the National Home Watch Association.
Essential Services of Florida serves Tampa, St. Petersburg, and Clearwater. You can reach them at (727) 239-1459 or at [email protected]. Learn more from their website, at https://essentialhomewatchservices.com.
