Retired U.S. Coast Guard Admiral Dean Lee Discusses Leadership on the Next Crossman Conversation

WINTER PARK — Vice Admiral William “Dean” Lee, U.S. Coast Guard (retired) with a distinguished career as commander of operations in the Atlantic and beyond, will join the Crossman Conversation Saturday July 22 at 1:05 P.M.

Since Admiral Lee concluded his 36 years as a commissioned officer he has been serving as Professor of Military Science and Senior Fellow at the Joint Forces Staff College in Norfolk, Va.
He is an active private consultant and public speaker who specializes in corporate leadership development.

John Crossman said Vice Admiral Lee will share some of his leadership advice including the importance of leveraging talent and leadership skills to giving back to the community through self-rewarding volunteer work.

“Vice Admiral Lee’s contributions as a leader both in service to our country and as mentor and educator have been phenomenal and I am thrilled that our listeners will hear some of his wisdom on achieving leadership roles,” Crossman said.
