Experienced leader in commercial real estate joins established Sarasota team.
Sarasota, FL – Harry E. Robbins Associates, Sarasota County’s longest established real estate firm under the same family ownership, today announced that seasoned commercial real estate veteran, Rico Boeras, has joined the commercial brokerage team.
With a career spanning more than 25 years and hundreds of transactions, Boeras is the former broker/owner of Sarasota Commercial Realty, LLC. His expertise includes sales and leasing of office, retail, and industrial properties as well as site selection and land acquisition.

Rico has served as a director and officer for the Commercial Investment Division (now known as CREA) and served as president in 2017.
