1. Annual oil burner tune-up- Free for Cohler’s full time customers. This service ensures that your boiler operates clean, safe and efficient. We can do one of the following as part of this service:
   • Check the fuel flow or vacuum gauge
   • Replace the fuel filter and/or filter
   • Check or change the noise
   • Check and/or clean the fire sensor and air gate
   • Check and adjust the ignition electrode
   • Check and/or clean the burning turbulator
   • Check the characteristics of the flame and flame
   • Check the condition of the combustion chamber if possible
   • Check/clean/replace the water gauge and washing machine
   • Lubricate water circulator pump
   • Take the efficiency of burning and design tests if necessary
2. Boiler or tube and inspection section under the chimney – This equipment must be checked every year. Housing equipment usually must be cleaned every year. Commercial equipment usually must be cleaned every year.
3. Increased Boiler – Some older boilers are very well designed, and can be modified to operate more efficiently by installing high efficiency oil burners into the boiler. Depending on the longer boiler model you have, additional savings can be obtained by adding a separate hot water storage tank.
4. Boiler replacement – Some older boilers are very inefficient that they must be replaced with high efficiency boilers to achieve significant savings. Cohler is a licensed NYC installer for oil burners and oil -fueled boilers and hot water tanks.
