Winter Park – The next Crossman Conversation CEO Edition will host Nicholas Heeb a recent graduate of the Florida State University’s nationally ranked real estate program who recently started a career as an office and industrial leasing associate in the Orlando Office of Franklin Street.
Heeb earned his B.S. in Real Estate and Marketing at FSU while working at various brokerages, property management and development firms alongside some of the industry’s top producers. He was also a property management and development intern at Foundry Commercial where he was involved in everything from creating cell-linked spreadsheets for all managed properties to underwriting.
And as a member of FSU’s Real Estate Society, he was elected vice president of public relations and helped link members with potential employers.
“Nick has already been endorsed by his mentors as having remarkable leadership skills and building relationships. The focus of our conversation is going to include Nick’s vision of ways we all can make an impact not only on personal and company growth but also in the community,” Crossman said.
