Winter Park – John Crossman will share some wisdom for CEOs and those desiring to be one next Saturday July 29 at 10:05 on The Crossman Conversation CEO Edition. His guest is veteran real estate developer Edger Jones Founder and President of Edgar Jones & Company.
Prior to launching his company, Jones was Vice President and Southeast Regional Development Officer at Rockefeller Group, which is well-known nationally as owner, developer and manager of significant real estate properties including those receiving LEED Gold status. Prior to joining Rockefeller, Jones was Managing Director at Cushman & Wakefield and Director of Office Services for Grubb & Ellis. He also provides development consulting services for Triple Five, a major developer of entertainment / retail projects in the U.S. and Canada.
At the same time, the Stetson University alumnus has been serving on advisory boards and holding leadership roles for prestigious industry, educational and community organizations throughout the state of Florida including but not limited to UF’s Bergstrom Center for Real Estate Studies; UM’s School of Architecture Real Estate Advisory Board; NAIOP Developer’s Forum; Orange Bowl Committee and Easter Seals Society of Miami-Dade. Jones was honored by the University of Florida by its establishment of “Edgar Jones Jr Lifetime Service Award.”
Crossman, who serves with him on the UF Bergstrom Center Advisory Board, said listeners will get some valuable insight from Jones – an established real estate entrepreneur and skilled executive leader widely regarded for his ethics, integrity and business knowledge.
