Winter Park – The Crossman Conversation CEO Edition will offer listeners the views and opinions of a Florida A&M University (FAMU) Business Administration scholar and a University of Florida graduate student Saturday Sept. 2 at 10:05 a.m.
Both students possess an entrepreneurial spirit and have established themselves as leaders during their educational journey.
Reshmeena Ratnaswamy is the FAMU senior who has immersed herself in the various sectors of real estate development including design and sustainability. In her role at FAMU’s Real Estate and Leadership Club, she is credited with influencing nearly 200 students to pursue opportunities in the real estate industry.
Andrew “Drew” Lewis IV is working towards his Master of Science in Real Estate at the University of Florida. During his undergraduate studies at FAMU, Drew spearheaded the revamp of its Real Estate and Leadership Club. His recent role as a city commission intern widened his perspectives and career goals and at the age of 21 he acquired and personally renovated a commercial property.
“Young professionals like Reshmeena and Drew are a perfect example of the talent being developed and cultivated at our HBCUs. These students will be ready to thrive and contribute to the growth of a commercial real estate firm – either their own company or a top firm seeking a more diverse workforce,” Crossman said.
